Yes, you can! At the airport there is a delivery counter (Yamato Transport or also called kuroneko is my recommendation). If you go there and write in your address, you will get your luggage within 2 to 3 days. This can also be done the other way. Just call the company and they can pick up your luggage and you can just pick it up at the airport! It's sooo convenient for travelling!
