Don't fret! If the issue is directly related to the building itself (kitchen ventilation fan, bathroom plumping, etc) or an appliance that came with your room (air con, washing machine, etc), then you will need contact the manager of the apartment complex. Depending on the reason for the issue, you may have to pay a fee to get it fixed... but hopefully not! Fingers crossed :)
