When you work from home, you need to do some preparations.
First, you need to set up the right environment for your work:

◻️video camera, microphone, and headset
◻️quiet environment
Usually, the company provides such facilities, but at home you prepare your own environment. You should consult with the company regarding the cost of preparation.

Network issues are especially important. If the communication status is not good, you will not be able to participate properly when an online meeting is held. We recommend using a wired connection for telework. The advantage is that the connection is stable and the connection is less likely to be interrupted. Also, Wi-Fi may cause information leakage.

A camera and microphone are required for smooth online meeting participation. Some laptops already have a microphone, but the computer microphone picks up ambient noise as well. When you use a headset, you can hear the other person's voice clearly, and you can make your own voice clearer to the other person.
Also before the meeting starts, be sure to check the application and update it to the latest version, because with an older version some functions can be unavailable and that may hinder the meeting. Pay attention to the background, because there is a risk for your personal information. If possible, use a virtual background or sit in front of a wall or curtain.

Also, even if you are at home, you are not allowed to participate in casual clothes. Even if you are at home, dress appropriately for work so that you have a clear distinction between work hours and personal (private) hours.
