In Japan, there is a special way of proceeding with conversation. People who are accustomed to this will not be able to hear what the other person is saying. If you know not only words, but also how to proceed with conversation, you will be able to effectively convey your opinion to the other person.

2 Point out the problematic parts of the other person's opinion
しかし、アポイントメントの点はどうでしょうか
But what about appointments?
3 Express your own opinion
もう少しアポイントメントして提案するというのはどうでしょうか
How about making a few more appointments and making a proposal?
If you tell the other person what you like about them first, they will open up to you, which will make it easier for them to listen to your opinion.

Thank you for your time today

Thank you for the other day
There are no people who don’t say “thank you”. But for Japanese it’s obvious to say it three times, so don’t forget about it.
