I enjoyed the matcha experience - I like matcha and green tea, so it was interesting to hear an expert talking about it . Do you know that the quality of tea deteriorates quickly when its exposed to sunlight, so shops selling it in that state don’t really know their tea, or they’ve put additives in it or something. It was fun using the tea brush to mix up the powdered leaves and froth the tea up - I bought my own brush afterwards at the shop below, so now I can make matcha at home.

抹茶体験は楽しかったです—―抹茶は好きですけど、専門家ならではの話を聞いてたくさん面白いことを学びました。お茶を光にさらすと質が悪くなるから、そういう状態でお茶を言っている店はお茶をあまり知らない、あるいは、何か添加物が入っているそうです。茶筅を使って抹茶の葉っぱの粉末を混ぜるのは楽しかったです。自宅で抹茶が作るためあとで自分用の茶筅を買ってみました。
