The Government of Japan has expanded the State of Emergency Declaration to cover the whole country.
The government hopes to reduce people-to-people contact by 80% through the revised declaration.
In addition, 13 prefectures have been designated as 「特定警戒都道府県」(tokutei keikai todoufuken) or special alert zones.
These 13 prefectures are:

・Ishikawa
・Ibaraki
・Tokyo
・Kanagawa
・Saitama
・Chiba
・Gifu
・Aichi
・Kyoto
・Osaka
・Hyogo
・Fukuoka
