With the consumer tax hike in place, I am sure many of you are worried about the rising costs of living. (No more eating out for me *sobs*)
While there is nothing that can be done about the tax hike, did you know about the rewards system for cashless payments?
From October 2019 to June 2020, you will be rewarded with cashbacks from 2~5% if you make cashless payments at shops which are enrolled in this campaign.
You can identify these shops by the "Cashless" mark displayed on store premises. (details in the official link below)

Cashless payments that fall under this campaign:
・E-payment
・Prepaid Card
・Transportation Cards
・Debit Card
・Credit Card
・Mobile Payment
・QR code

For card payments, E-payments, QR code payments and etc, you will receive your cashback between 10 days to 3 months from your transaction date.
For cashless payments at convenience stores and on Amazon, you will get your cashback immediately.
※Beware of hackers and stolen passwords when using E-payment systems. Guard your user ID and password carefully.
